Meet Tony

Antonio Parrales, MA
FOUNDER, The Empowerment Conference OWNER, Parrales Consulting LLC.
Antonio Parrales founded Parrales Consulting in 2009 and continues to work with organizations focusing on compliance, employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development.
He has dedicated his work to developing leaders across Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. He has worked with leadership from organizations such as Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Google, Indeed, Dell, Liberty Mutual, Xcel Energy Foundation, Microsoft, and Johnson & Johnson.
Antonio’s background includes Corporate America
experience as an HR Business Partner, nearly 20 years as a Leadership Development Consultant, a Professor Of Communications, and sits on the Board Of Directors for various philanthropic organizations.
Antonio has a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree with a concentration in Organizational Communication.
In an attempt to better understand how individuals interact with each other, his research studies the process of human connection, behavior, interpersonal relationships, leadership and culture.
